The proprietor Owen Williams has worked with various financial institutions for over 30 years, right at the sharp end, dealing with commercial funding requirements on a direct basis and through intermediaries.

In January 2000, he became a self-employed commercial mortgage ‘Associate’ working under the umbrella of a national mortgage broker and in December 2003, he established ‘Commercial Banking & Mortgage Services (CBMS)’.

CBMS are members of the ‘National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers’ (NACFB) that is sponsored by the majority of UK lenders and they will continue to work within their well-established code of conduct. During his business career, Owen has dealt with a wide and varied range of financial needs and his attitude to every lending opportunity is :-
